This high frequency medium power RFID reader module supports ISO 15693 and ISO 18000-3 mode 1 protocols. It is designed as a embedded reader module for those device requires for small volume. Size only 60*37.5*5mm could be easily built in those device. It provides a TTL communication interface for engineers easily integrating this reader module with existing equipment. Also, the working voltage is from 3.3V to 12V, that would be convenient to power supply.
